
The delhi school classroom construction scam has been in the headlines since the Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) filed a case against the accused. Now delhi congress President Devendra Yadav has made a big claim regarding this scam. He said that the congress party had exposed the scam of about Rs 2000 crore in the construction of school buildings and 12,748 classrooms in Delhi. Devendra Yadav said, "It is the result of Congress' efforts that the delhi Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) has registered an FIR against former education minister manish Sisodia and former PWD minister Satyendra Jain."
'AAP government was immersed in corruption for 10 years'
Senior delhi congress leader Devendra Yadav further said, "ACB's action has made it clear that the 'sin of corruption' cannot be hidden. It gets exposed sooner or later. After that, justice does its job." He alleged that the aam aadmi party, which came to power in the name of honesty and movement against corruption, during its tenure the AAP government was completely immersed in corruption.

Appeal for fair investigation
Devendra Yadav appealed to the acb for a fair investigation in this matter and said that whoever is guilty in this scam should be punished. He said that this will give the people of delhi the confidence that "whoever commits corruption will go to jail.
What is the delhi Classroom Scam?
Actually, financial irregularities were exposed in the construction of more than 2400 new rooms in 194 schools of the delhi government. congress leaders claim that they were the first to raise this issue. delhi bjp leaders Harish Khurana, Kapil Mishra and Neelkanth Bakshi met senior officials of delhi Police and complained about it. The New delhi Police transferred it to the acb on 9 July 2019. bjp leaders had alleged that the delhi government had constructed 12,748 rooms in schools at a highly inflated cost. There was a scam of more than Rs 2000 crore in this.
