The aadhaar number has been made mandatory for all devotees coming to tirumala for this. If devotees hold any ticket including a special darshan perhaps they will be identified through the Aadhaar number and the divya darshan token will not be issued. Because even if you book a ticket to tirupati online, only the Aadhaar number will be taken as a document. Other documents will no longer be accepted. tirupati tirumala Devasthanam has taken this step to prevent the complaints of only one devotee entering the temple for divya darshan and special darshan. Technologies are being improved accordingly.
