On the second day of the district-level competitions going on at Bareilly's sports Stadium, final and semi-final matches of various sports were played on Wednesday. The winners were awarded by international hockey player Geeta Sharma. Basketball matches had to be postponed due to rain. In this, the teams of DPS, army Public School, Stadium, and Hartman have entered the semi-finals. The matches will be played on July 14 at 2 pm.
In the 49 kg category of weightlifting, Brijesh Kumar stood first, praveen Kumar second, and Armaan third. In 55 kg, Vansh Rathore, Prashant, and Armaan stood first, second, and third, respectively. Vishal, Prabhav Mehrotra, and Saurabh won in the 61 kg category. In the 67 kg category, Ayush was first, deepak Maurya second, and Arihant third. In the 75 kg category, Anirudh Pal, Shaurya Yadav, and Gaurav Khurana won.
In the 81 kg weight category, Prabhgun came first, Hridayansh second, and Harsh came third. In 89 kg, Nishant Sharma, Guru, and Devansh, in 96 kg, Mohit, Mohd. Ibadat and Kanishka, in 102 kg, Aaradhya Singh, Shubh, and Ashutosh, in 102 kg extra weight category, Sarthak Vashisht, Kartik Rastogi, and Shashwat won. Anshu, Shefali, Himanshu, Pawan, Varun, Harishankar, and Karan played the role of judges.
In volleyball, the Bareilly Stadium team was the winner, and the Vidya World team was the runner-up. In the lawn tennis boys singles category, anay came first, Jashn second, and Madhyavik third. In girls' singles, Hazel came first, Takshita second, and vani came third. In football, the Bareilly Hostel team was the winner, and Cantt FC was the runner-up.
In the floor exercise boys category, Deepanshu Gupta came first, Abhinandan Saxena second, and Ayush Kumar third. Aradhya Jaiswal, Ankit Sagar, and Kanak won in the women's category. Aman Sagar got first place in the Pomelo Horse competition, Tejaswi Sharma got second, and Prarabdha Sharma got third place. Soumya Singh was first in Steel Rings, Raghav Vaishya was second and rishabh was third. Ishan Saxena, Mrityunjay Saxena, and Adishesh Maurya won in the Vaulting Table. Ritika Prajapati, Pradhi Sharma, and sakshi Diwakar won in the women's category.
Ojas Saxena, Devvrat, and Anurag won medals in Parallel Bars. Shekhar Sagar, Raj, and Harshit were first, second, and third, respectively, in Horizontal Bars. Deepanshu, Soumya Singh, and Ojas Saxena won in the individual championship.
