Threads' parent company Meta has introduced a new feature for this app, after which Threads users are no longer obliged to share their posts on instagram and Facebook. Meta has revealed this feature of threads for only a few users, which the company is going to introduce for other users soon. After its rollout, Threads users will be able to post any post without sharing it on facebook and Instagram.


Theads' suggestions will not be visible on Insta-Facebook

To prevent Threads posts from appearing on other Meta platforms, tap the two lines at the top right of the Threads app, Privacy, Suggest posts on other apps. Meanwhile, instagram head Adam Mosseri has announced some new features on the web version of Threads, including a copy-and-paste option and the option to add multiple posts.


Threads has more than 100 million active users

Users can now copy and paste or drag and drop media attachments into their posts and combine multiple posts into one thread before publishing. Additionally, Mosseri mentioned that users will now be able to see quotes and reposts by clicking on likes or views on a post. According to Mark Zuckerberg, Meta's founder and CEO, Threads now has more than 100 million monthly active users.

Instagram is working on API feature

Mosseri also said that the company is working on a Threads application programming interface (API) to help developers create different apps and experiences around X Rival. In a post, he said that instagram is working on an API feature. Mosseri said, "We're working on it. My concern is that it will mean a lot more publisher content and not a lot more creator content, but it still feels like we need to do something."
