3 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
6 slices of bread (white, entire wheat, or multigrain)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small tomato, finely chopped (non-obligatory)

Instructions:
1. Put together the potato filling:
Warmth oil in a pan on medium heat. Upload mustard seeds and cumin seeds. After they begin to splutter, upload chopped onions and sauté until golden. Upload green chili and tomatoes (if the use of), cook for 2 minutes until tender.
2. Add spices and potatoes:
Upload turmeric powder, pink chili powder, chaat masala, and salt. Blend nicely. Now add the mashed potatoes and stir very well to combine all the substances. Cook for two-3 mins whilst stirring continuously. Turn off the heat and blend in chopped coriander leaves.
3. Toast the bread:
Gently butter every slice of bread on one aspect. Heat a pan or griddle and toast the bread slices butter-side down till golden brown.
4. Bring together the sandwich:
