Ingredients:

  • 1 cup maida
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • a pinch of salt
  • oil for deep frying
  • 1 tbsp thinly sliced ginger
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds


For filling:

  • 1 cup boiled chopped potates
  • 1 cup broken papri
  • 1 cup moong sprout
  • 1/2 cup boondi
  • 1 cup well beaten curd with salt,black salt,roasted cumin seeds and red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp saunth


Method:

  • Make a hard dough of maida with oil, salt and water.
  • Make six balls out of this. Roll them like small puris.
  • Heat oil and fry these on medium flame till brown and puffed. Cool them.
  • Break the kachori on one side and keep in a serving dish.
  • Fill with potato then curd, then papri then curd and saunth, sprout and boondi.
  • Pour more curd and saunth.
  • At the top put ginger and anar.
  • Serve immediately.
