Customers with suspicious vehicles may also go to www.marutisuzuki.com (for Ertiga and Vitara Brezza) or www.nexaexperience.com (for Ciaz, XL6, and S-Cross) and type in their vehicle's chassis number (MA3, followed by 14 digits alpha-numeric number) to see whether their vehicle requires any maintenance. The chassis number is stamped on the vehicle identification plate and appears on the invoice/registration paperwork.
