In view of the rise in AQI, CAQM has decided to reimpose GRAP-3 restrictions in Delhi-NCR. As per the CAQM order, non-essential construction and demolition activities will be banned with immediate effect.
The temperature is generally low in Ayanagar of Delhi. The minimum temperature recorded there today is 1.8 degree Celsius. Apart from this, the minimum temperature of Safdarjung - was 4 degree Celsius, which was three degrees less than normal. Recently GRAP-3 was removed but once again pollution has gained momentum. Due to this, now the government has once again implemented the restrictions of GRAP 3 here.
