S sreesanth, a former india pace bowler, has finally spoken out about the IPL spot-fixing scandal that terminated his cricket legacy. sreesanth, along with two other rajasthan Royals players, was arrested in 2013 for their suspicion of involvement in a spot-fixing scheme. sreesanth has stated that why would he do such a deed for only ten lakhs of rupees?

“I had participated in the Irani Trophy and was hoping to play in the South African series in september 2013 so that we could win. We went early because the traffic is better in September. It was my ambition to play that series. Why would I do it, especially for ten lakhs? I'm not talking huge here, but I used to have bills of around two lakh when I partied around,” he told the media. sreesanth expressed gratitude to his family and followers for assisting him in getting out of the difficult position. “All I've done in my life is help people and offer them hope. He continued, "I've helped so many people, and those blessings aided me to get out of this."

After 12 wounds to his feet, sreesanth said he was bowling 130+ and disclosed that he was meant to surrender 14 runs in the over but had given five of four balls. Sreesanth's suspension was recently revoked by the BCCI, and he played professional cricket again in the syed mushtaq ali Trophy.
