Omicron began to have an impact on the tourism industry!!!

Due to the christmas and New Year holidays nearing up at the end of december, sales of air tickets will be higher than in other months. When the corona hit occurred in 2020, the tourism industry was completely paralyzed last year due to a general freeze, including traffic restrictions. As the impact of corona on the world is now significantly reduced, tourism is slowly returning to normal. At this point, the omicron virus has begun to threaten the nations of the world.

The central government had planned to launch international passenger flights on december 15. But at the time now the government has postponed the decision due to the Omicron threat. Reports suggest that at least 20 percent of tickets for overseas trips in the last 3 days alone have been canceled. If the Omicron spread starts to increase in the coming days, the international tourism industry will face more losses. Meanwhile, preparations are being made in tamil Nadu to combat the omicron virus.

In South Africa, the number of infected people has doubled since the discovery of the omicron strain. Following this, international countries including the united states and britain have canceled flights to South Africa. This has led to a global recession.
