The movie begins with a tribute to krishnam raju Garu. Anvitha (Anushka) is introduced as a Chef working in london and they come to india due to some personal issues. Harshavardhan is introduced as a doctor and anushka makes a crucial decision in life about giving birth to a baby. naveen polishetty is introduced as a standup comedian. 

Naveen Polishetty works at a corporate company, and standup comedy is his part-time job. anushka and her friend sonia start inquiring about Naveen. Meanwhile, Naveen's parents want him to get married. anvitha gets lonely after her mom’s death and she wants to give birth to a baby using donor sperm. She wants to get sperm from a donor that has good character. anvitha refers to Sidhu(Naveen) as a stand-up comedian in the hotel where she works. Sidhu falls in love with Anvitha. What happens in the end forms an interesting happy climax.

The first half's sparkling performance by naveen polishetty is its one saving grace. The movie takes some time to start going before moving along smoothly after that. The plot of Miss Shetty, Mr. Polishetty's first half is quite thin—a boy falls in love with a girl—but it still manages to keep the viewer interested through humor and banter. Lead pair performances are decent, but naveen improved them. Better songs and BGM might have been used. The first half's sparkling performance by naveen polishetty is its one saving grace. Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty's storyline is fresh and effectively engages the viewers. The second half is a little funnier and more emotional than the first. The star of the movie is naveen polishetty as he carries the movie single-handedly. anushka has done a decent job as well. The movie is technically solid with some exceptional cinematography. A more engaging narrative and better music may have elevated the film.
