A mom in Haryana's Bhiwani ran boldly to prevent snipers from aiming at her kid near their home in a story of bravery and motherly intuition. In a popular CCTV video, the woman can be seen chasing intruders on motorcycles with her bare hands and a bamboo staff. Shakuntala has been recognised as the lady. She told india Herald that she did what any mother would do for her son.

"I was sweeping my livestock enclosure when I heard what I mistook for firecrackers that might disturb my cattle." When I came out to confront them, I saw that my kid Haria was being attacked. As a result, I assaulted them with a broomstick," Shakuntala explained. "If someone else had been in my position, she would have defended them (their child) just as fearlessly as I did for my son," she said.

Three pairs of armed guys on motorbikes could be seen unloading a hail of gunfire on a man standing outside his house in the footage. Harikishan, also known as Hariya, was the target of the gunfire. When he heard gunshots, his mother acted with incredible bravery, charging at the gunmen with a stick and successfully scaring them away. "This brave woman, Shakuntala, showed remarkable courage in the face of danger," a police spokesperson stated.
