Netflix and amazon Prime Video are the two leading participants in the telugu OTT business, and they frequently purchase big-ticket pan-Indian tollywood productions. However, in terms of Tollywood's 2024 slate, Netflix has nearly eliminated amazon Prime Video. Netflix has revealed its tollywood schedule for 2024, and it can be noted that the majority of the important big-ticket releases, including Devara and pushpa 2, have been added to their collection.

Devara and pushpa 2 are two of the confirmed blockbusters set to debut in 2024, and both have been acquired by Netflix. For whatever strange reason, amazon Prime, which was formerly quite active in purchasing big-ticket films and releasing them as soon as possible on OTT, has slowed significantly. Netflix is already profiting from Salaar's OTT launch, as action-packed video featuring prabhas are trending on social media. The film is also trending at number one on Netflix.
