One of the three suspects in the BRS mla poaching case, Nanda Kumar of Narsingi, has added another twist to the current case in telangana by claiming that his phone was also tapped. He said that he was being spied on by Task Force members and T prabhakar Rao, the head of the State Intelligence Bureau (SIB) at the time.

"I reported to the DGP three months ago that my phone had been tapped in connection with the mla poaching issue. My phone was tapped by prabhakar Rao. Conversations with MLAs were made public and phones were bugged, he informed reporters.

I was the target of unlawful cases brought by Radha Kishan Rao, the Task Force's DCP. He said, "I was held in the task force office and detained for the entire night."

According to Nanda Kumar, he met with the DGP once more and requested that stern action be taken against them.

On october 26 of last year, BRS mla Pilot rohith reddy and other lawmakers filed a complaint against Nanda Kumar, Ramachandra Bharati, and Simhayaji Swamy, alleging that they were mla poachers.

They are accused of trying to get four BRS MLAs to join the bjp by promising them Rs 100 crore, which led to their arrest from a property in Moinabad.

Based on information supplied by tandur mla Pilot Rohit Reddy, Cyberabad police carried out a raid. He had claimed that in exchange for joining the bjp, the accused had promised him Rs 100 crore and three other MLAs Rs 50 crore apiece.

The indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Prevention of Corruption Act had several sections under which the accused were charged.

In the meantime, T prabhakar Rao, the former head of the Special Intelligence Bureau, has been named as the primary accused in the case involving the tapping of phones and altering of evidence. Right now, he's evading capture.
