Addison Pierre Maalouf, better known online as YourFellowArab or Arab, is a renowned YouTuber. There are rumors that she was abducted in Haiti. The YouTuber from georgia apparently visited the nation known for gang violence before he vanished. Maalouf, who is well-known for venturing into hazardous areas that are off-limits to tourists, hasn't posted anything on instagram since July of last year. Unverified rumors that have gone viral state that Arab visited Port-au-Prince before to his disappearance in order to speak with the notorious jimmy "Barbeque" Cherizier.

Haiti24 reports that the kidnappers wanted an outrageous $600,000 ransom for the release of journalist Maalouf, citing orders from the formidable gang boss "Lanmò 100 jou," a member of the "Viv Ansanm" coalition. Even after receiving a payment of $40,000 in installments, the abductors required a far higher amount to be released in full.
