The fourth season of the SonyLIV original series "Maharani" has been revealed, but oddly, there doesn't appear to be much online talk about it.  Maharani has received accolades from both reviewers and viewers for her strong performances over the last three seasons. Although this lackluster reception is rather surprising, it has happened before for a SonyLIV concert.  Very little anticipation was generated until lately for SonyLIV's historical drama "The Waking of a Nation."

High-caliber series like Rocket Boys and Scam: 1992 have repeatedly demonstrated the platform's worth, and consumers are generally happy with SonyLIV's programming.  The overwhelming advertisements on SonyLIV are the cause of customers' dissatisfaction. Additionally, it appears that the site is not very popular in India's southern states.  That might be a major factor in these programs' lackluster enthusiasm.

SonyLIV has to take a cue from services like Prime and Netflix and put in more work when it comes to marketing and promoting these tales.  Fans are worried because it is adopting AppleTV's strategy of quietly delivering amazing programming with little advertising.  The irony is that, similar to other platforms, SonyLIV offers carefully selected premium material for streaming, yet the excitement surrounding the platform appears to be waning.  Spending less on marketing campaigns appears to be causing a noticeable drop in engagement, which is particularly low in anticipation for even well-known performances like Maharani.

SonyLIV will need to improve its brand equity in order to keep the loyalty of current subscribers.  If appropriate wallet PLATFORM' target='_blank' title='digital-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and social media promotion are carried out, the excitement surrounding SonyLIV might skyrocket.  The streaming industry is fiercely competitive, and all of the companies—Netflix, Prime, and Hotstar—make sure their original content receives the most advertising possible.

To stay in the growing OTT market, SonyLIV must promote itself to customers in addition to its unique content library, which sets it apart from its rivals.  However, if this keeps up, even the finest shows won't attract viewers, and SonyLIV's own development in the indian streaming industry would be gradually hampered.
