During the night of 30 april and 01 May 2025, Pakistani army posts started firing with small arms without provocation across the Line of Control in front of Kupwara, Uri, and Akhnoor in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. The indian army also gave a befitting reply to this.


Since the pahalgam terror attack, the ceasefire on the border has been continuously violated by Pakistan. pakistan again broke the ceasefire last night.

The indian army has informed that during the night of 30 april and 01 May 2025, Pakistani army posts started firing with small arms without provocation across the Line of Control in front of Kupwara, Uri, and Akhnoor in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. The indian army also gave a befitting reply to this.


On the night of 29-30 april also, Pakistani army posts fired small arms without provocation across the Line of Control opposite Naushera, Sunderbani, and Akhnoor sectors in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

Indian army soldiers responded swiftly and appropriately. The army also informed that ceasefire violations by pakistan are no longer limited to the LoC, but have reached the international border.


Pakistan, which is suffering from India's strict actions after the pahalgam attack, is becoming increasingly frustrated. It is constantly doing things that shoot itself in the foot.


Earlier, the Pakistani army had fired unprovoked across the Line of Control in Kupwara and Baramulla districts as well as the Akhnoor sector on the night of 28-29 April. On the night of 27-28 april, unprovoked firing was done from opposite areas of the Kupwara and Poonch districts.


On the night of 26-27 april, the Pakistani army fired from across the border near Tutmari Gali and Rampur sector. Similarly, on the night of 25-26 april and 24 april, firing was done by the Pakistani army at some places on the Line of Control.
