"Now with just a tap, users can share only the necessary data, giving them complete control over their personal information," he stated. Face ID identification is one of the app's most notable features; it improves security and streamlines verification. Similar to making a UPI payment, a QR code scan can now be used to verify an Aadhaar account.

"Aadhaar verification is now as easy as using UPI to make a payment. The minister said on X that users can now securely exchange and digitally validate their Aadhaar details.
According to news agency IANS, the new system will eliminate the need for people to present printed copies of their Aadhaar cards at airports, hotels, stores, and other verification locations.
"No need to hand over Aadhaar photocopy at hotel receptions, shops, or during travel," he stated.
Strong privacy measures have been incorporated into the design of the software, which is presently under beta testing. It guarantees that Aadhaar information cannot be altered, falsified, or abused. Only with the user's consent is information securely shared.
