An image of raj and Sonam, who are said to have killed raja Raghuvanshi, has appeared online. The primary suspect, Sonam Raghuvanshi, has reportedly admitted to plotting her husband's murder while they were on their honeymoon in Meghalaya.
According to reports, she confessed to her involvement in the crime when the Special Investigation Team (SIT) questioned her.
In front of the meghalaya police, she confessed to luring raja to his demise.
 
The terrible event happened just after raja and Sonam's May 11 wedding.  On May 20, the indore, Madhya Pradesh-born couple left for the picturesque scenery of meghalaya for their honeymoon.  But on june 2, Raja's body was found in a ravine close to a waterfall in Sohra (Cherrapunji), which is in the east Khasi Hills area of Meghalaya.

Investigation and Confession
Four days after her wedding, Sonam went back to her parents' house and started making plans with raj Kushwaha on the phone.  In order to trick raja into traveling to the northeast for the murder, she persuaded him to visit the Kamakhya temple.  According to investigators from the indore Crime Branch, Sonam planned every aspect of their trip and emotionally manipulated Raja.
 
Sonam, Raj, and his colleagues, akash Rajput, vishal Singh Chauhan, and anand, came up with a plan to murder Raja.  Sonam planned to shove raja off a cliff while posing as a tourist taking a picture at a picturesque location if hired killers didn't work.  In the event that their scheme was discovered, they also planned a plan to escape to Nepal.

Police Involvement and Arrests
Sonam, raj Kushwaha, akash Rajput, vishal Singh Chauhan, and anand are the five accused who are presently being held by the police.  They will shortly appear in court.  For more interrogation and perhaps to reconstruct the crime scene, the police intend to ask for a 10-day remand.
