According to Tanushree Dutta, she is subjected to harassment in her own home.  The former actress posted a video of herself crying and pleading for assistance on Tuesday.

"Guys, I'm being harassed in my own home," she remarked in the video. My own house is the scene of harassment. I phoned the police just now. I phoned the police because I was worried. The police arrived. To file a formal complaint, they requested that I visit the police station. I will most likely go tomorrow or the day after. I'm not feeling well.

"Over the past four to five years, I've experienced so much harassment that my health has declined.  I am unable to work at all.  My home is in disarray.  They put maids in my house, and I had a terrible experience with them coming in and stealing and doing other things, so I can't even hire maids.  All of my work must be done.  I have people outside my door. I'm experiencing problems at home. Please, someone help me, she added.

'I'm sick and weary of this harassment!' Tanushree, who last appeared in the 2010 movie Apartment, made her acting debut in the 2005 movie Aashiq Banaya Aapne.  #metoo has been going on since 2018.  I phoned the police because I was tired of waiting around on them. I need help, please. Take action now before it's too late.

In 2008, the actress had accused legendary actor nana patekar of sexually abusing her on the production of the film Horn Ok Please. She openly described the incident in 2018, at the start of the #MeToo movement, which attracted a lot of attention and spurred a larger discussion about sexual harassment in the indian entertainment sector.
