Tamil Nadu Chief minister M.K. Stalin has described a recent government event at Valluva Point in Kanyakumari district as historic, highlighting the inauguration and launch of multiple developmental projects aimed at benefiting the people of the region.

· 1,217 completed developmental projects worth ₹1,785.37 crore were opened for public use.

· 3,12,082 beneficiaries received government welfare assistance.

· Foundation stones were laid for 1,237 new projects.
