Eggless chocolate Ragi Cake Recipe

 ingredients:


 ½ cup ragi flour (finger millet flour)

 ½ cup whole wheat flour

 ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

 ½ cup jaggery powder or brown sugar

 ½ cup thick yogurt (curd)

 ¼ cup oil (sunflower, coconut, or olive)

 ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based totally)

 1 teaspoon baking powder

 ½ teaspoon baking soda

 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

 A pinch of salt

 2 tablespoons chopped nuts or choco chips (non-obligatory)




 Instructions:


1. Preheat oven:

   Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 6-inch cake pan and line it with parchment paper.
