Chennai high court has ordered teachers who have not been vaccinated not to come to schools and colleges

The chennai high court has dismissed a case seeking an injection restraining teachers and staff from visiting schools and colleges in tamil Nadu from being vaccinated against corona.

All the civilian's Corona Vaccinate so as not to force the central government said.

The tamil Nadu government had sent a circular to all educational institutions urging all teachers, staff, and students past the age of majority to be vaccinated against corona as live classes have now started in school colleges in tamil Nadu.

A welfare case was filed in the chennai high court against this on behalf of the Aram Foundation. The case came up for hearing before Chief Justice Munishwar Nath Bhandari, who is in charge of the case.

At the time, the petitioner argued that the vaccine should not be enforced unless the federal government guarantees that the vaccine does not cause side effects and that some seek natural medicine.

Refusing to accept this, the judges questioned what the public interest was in the case. Also, teachers who do not want to be vaccinated for personal reasons say it is best to stay home for the benefit of others.

Following the request of the petitioner to withdraw the case, the judges dismissed the petition.
