Bangalore university result controversy escalated!!!
Many of you must have seen and heard that a candidate topping an examination has secured full marks but have you seen any student getting more marks than the total? A similar case has come to light from Bangalore. They have recently announced B.Com results, a candidate has obtained 89 marks out of 70 in the results. Not only this, B.A./B.Com students have got more marks than the total marks in the subject 'Tourism Agency and Tour Operator Organization'.
Giving information about the matter here, an official said, 'Around 500 students had opted for this subject after which the examination was conducted in august 2021 for 70 marks. Because the new Syllabus and Marks Pattern was introduced in 2015-16 and before that 100 marks exam was conducted, due to this student who had taken admission in 2015-16 had to answer only 70 marks but they have attempted so many questions. On the other hand, a student said about the matter, some of my friends have scored 89, 73, 75 marks. This is an example of how to copy-checking is done here. However, after the matter came to the fore and the controversy escalated, the results have been withdrawn. There are about 15 students who have scored more than 70 marks. Regarding this, the Registrar professor said that the marks will be re-tabulated and new results will be announced.
