NEET UG topper Prabhanjan - All about NCERT..?
Tamil Nadu student Prabhanjan J secured first place in the newly released NEET UG results. As the first student from tamil Nadu to pass the medical entrance exam with a score of 720/720, Prabhanjan J made history. Prabhanjan, who spent a significant 15 hours per day studying for the NEET, was surprised and excited at the same time to learn of his exceptional performance.
He says, "I knew I would get a score above 700, but I never expected a perfect 720." Prabhanjan credited his dedication to adhering to a set study regimen and making sincere attempts for his remarkable accomplishment.
The value of NCERT
Prabhanjan emphasised the value of NCERT textbooks, describing them as essential tools that exam-preparation students cannot afford to ignore. In his words, "NCERT is like the Bible, Quran, and Bhagavad Gita for us." Prabhanjan, who plans to pursue a career in surgery, understands the value of establishing a strong foundation in the core curriculum.
In addition to his parents' backing, Prabhanjan credited his accomplishment to the unwavering support he received from all facets of his life. In expressing his gratitude, he said, "The support I received was not just from my parents, but from all directions." While Prabhanjan's mother was shocked by his flawless score, Prabhanjan's father showed great pleasure in his son's extraordinary accomplishment. "We gave him our support with the intention that he would study for the NEET. But we never expected him to achieve a score of 720 out of 720," his mother said.
