A bounty of Rs 3 lakh was placed on sanjeev Mukhiya by the bihar government. bihar BJP state president dilip Jaiswal has also reacted to the arrest of sanjeev Mukhiya. He said that "I don't know, but if he has been caught then it is a very big and good thing. The way he manipulated the results of NEET exam across the country, such a person should be caught, he should be thoroughly investigated and he should be punished.

The mastermind was absconding for a long time

EOU ADG Nayyar Hasnain Khan has also reacted to the arrest of NEET paper leak mastermind sanjeev Mukhiya. While talking to the media in Patna, he said that the Economic Offenses Unit team was looking for sanjeev Mukhiya for a long time. After the NEET exam, this (Sanjeev Mukhiya) was our prime target. sanjeev Mukhiya was absconding for a long time, he was out of the police's custody.

The ADG further said that our team had received a special input late on thursday night. On the basis of that, a raid was conducted and sanjeev Mukhiya was arrested from an apartment. After this, legal action is being taken. After the initial interrogation of the accused, raids are being conducted at other places.

Constable Recruitment Exam Name was also linked to leak

Let us tell you that sanjeev Mukhiya was absconding since the NEET paper leak on 5 May 2024. Even before this, he has been accused of paper leak in many competitive examinations. His name also came up in the bihar constable recruitment exam leak case in 2016.
