According to the latest media reports, film producer sajid nadiadwala has bought land worth Rs 31 crore in Juhu, Mumbai.  Sajid Nadiadwala, the producer of films like 'Baaghi' and 'Kick', has recently bought a huge property in Mumbai's Juhu Gauthan, which costs a lot. According to the information, the deal of this property was done on 6 april 2023.

According to reports, filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala's production house 'Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment' has bought a 7470 sq ft plot in Juhu Gauthan. However, its price is very high, which can surprise anyone. The deal of this property was done between the Portion Trading Company and Nadiadwala's production house for Rs 31.3 crore. Nadiadwala's production house has also paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.87 crore for the purchase of the plot.
