An original web series from SonyLIV called Trisha's Brinda began filming early last year. The project, which has surya Vangala in charge, has been hailed as a gripping police procedural. A few series stills, including those in which the actress is dressed in the officer costume, circulated on social media a few years ago.

Trisha just announced the conclusion of the series on her social media accounts and shared a photo of herself from the set where a police vehicle is visible. With the surprise update, the actress, who is currently enjoying a high with the success of ponniyin selvan 1 and 2, has delighted her admirers. She also mentioned that Brinda's debut season will soon be available on SonyLIV. The project is the platform's first-ever telugu television series.

Ironically, the actress kept a muted response and never posted any update regarding the series and it was kept on hold for a long time. Now, a little birdie inside the team revealed that, trisha has several bedroom sex scenes in the web series and she accepted it initially. But now, with the success of PS-1 and 2, she doesn't want them to be revealed as it would tarnish her market totally. So she has requested the OTT platform not to release 'Brinda' webseries until 'LEO' movie gets released or to chop off those scenes in editing.
