Karthi's 'Sulthan' is one of the biggest releases post the pandemic period. The movie which should have released last year has got postponed just like other movies due to the pandemic. The movie got released on april 9th in both telugu and Tamil. The expectations of the movie itself were a big reason as it failed at the Box-Office. it also marks the debut of rashmika mandanna in Kollywood.


Now, karthi has announced his next movie and this movie is titled as 'Sardar'. The movie will be helmed by P.S.Mithran and will have music composed by GV Prakash. The movie will also feature two female leads. raashi khanna and Rajisha Vijayan are those two female leads. Rajisha recently made her debut in kollywood with Dhanush's 'Karnan' movie. 


Veteran actress simran will also be part of the casting. Antony L Ruben will handle the editing works. George C Williams will crank the camera. The team also revealed a motion poster along with the movie announcement. Dhilip Subbarayan will perform the stunt choreography. The shooting for the movie will begin shortly and the team is planning to release the movie by Sanrkanthi 2022.
