Matrudevobhava is a classic movie in Telugu. Actress madhavi lived in the role in the film which was directed by ajay Kumar. The movie was produced by KS Ramarao. Recently the movie completed 30 years and on the occasion the makers have given interview to a youtube channel.

Talking about the movie they said that they wish to remake the movie in respect to the current mindset of the people. They later discussed the heroines who will be apt to play the role at present time and many names surfaced. They took the names of Nayanatara, anushka, Keerthy suresh for the role.

He said that the main intention of the remake would be to tell the present generation about the love, values, and sacrifices of the parents clearly. However, the producer said that he was shocked to know the remuneration of Nayanatara. He said that it is difficult for him to give such a huge remuneration.

He also addressed the matter of Nayanatara not participating in the promotions of the films. He said that for a film to workout, the entire cast and crew work really hard and if the heroine also lends her support in promotions, the film would reach the crowds more easily.
