After the successful 'Soorarai Pootru', actor Suriya is all set to join hands with director sudha Kongara for his next film. While the news has been doing the rounds for a long time, the makers have made the official announcement today and the interesting part is that malayalam star Dulquer Salmaan, Nazriya Fahadh and vijay varma are also part of the star cast.
The film produced by Suriya's 2D Entertainment in association with Meenakshi Cinemas has music by gv prakash and the film is apparently is his 100th film as a music composer. The film tentatively referred to as 'Suriya 43' is said to be a periodic gangster drama, which is inspired by true events.
Interestingly, the last part of the title has been revealed, which is 'Purananooru', which is a classical tamil poetic work and traditionally the last of the Eight Anthologies in the Sangam literature. It is a collection of 400 heroic poems about kings, wars and public life, of which two are lost and a few have survived into the modern age in fragments.
While Suriya is currently shooting for director Siva's much awaited 'Kanguva', the star actor is expected to begin shooting for 'Suriya 43' soon. This the second time that Suriya, sudha Kongara and gv prakash have joined together after their superhit National Award winning film 'Soorarai Pottru'.
