The movie is presently in its last phase. Additionally, all of the Kamal Haasan-related scenes have been filmed. Amid this news, the makers introduced kamal haasan as Hindustani 2 with a powerful intro.
The intro video kicks off with kamal haasan in an old avatar, speaking from a phone booth. He says, “Wherever injustice happens, I will appear. indian is immortal.” The scene cuts to a montage accompanied with a pumping tune. In it, we see how corruption has become rampant in government offices, officials taking bribes to get things done, violence and chaos. The clip also showed common citizens asking for the ‘Indian’ to return. It concluded with kamal haasan coming into the frame, obscuring Subhas Chandra Bose’s picture in the background, while wearing a Khakhi cap and uniform. He states, “Greetings India, Hindustani is back.”
