Srinu Vaitla said, “We had initially approached asin, but due to date problems she could not do the project. We talked to sneha later. We wanted an actress who was similar to the character in Okkadu. We found sneha perfect for this role. Earlier he had worked in a film named Priyamaina Neeku.
