Some tamil moviegoers have developed the bad practice of purposefully upsetting telugu moviegoers. They've discovered a fresh angle, and it has to do with the recent art film Goat Life, starring prithviraj Sukumaran in Malayalam. tamil devotees contend that telugu people's lack of appreciation for art films and Goat Life's lacklustre box office debut are evidence of their poor taste in films. They assert that a film's telugu audience will only support it if it features outrageous dance routines and commercial moments.

Fans of telugu movies are now refuting this absurd claim on social media. They are using the recent success of Vishwak's experimental film Gaami as evidence of the shifting tollywood trend, which is also seeing an increase in the number of people watching art films. The audience's inclinations and tastes are always shifting, and it's impossible to predict which movie will be popular at any given time. It is as foolish as it gets to use Goat Life's lack of response to taunt the telugu audience as a whole.

Tamil cinema is having difficulty obtaining even moderate openers in the North, whereas tollywood is producing mass-commercial pictures that are sweeping India. Shouldn't tamil cinema appeal to a broader audience given its exceptional quality?
