Recently the suicide of three college students at SVS Siddha college caused a state wide stir. Everyone fumed against the management and the principal Vasugi was thrown behind bars. Now similarly in Coimbatore, Mettupalayam a student from a private college has committed suicide.
VNK Arts College is situated at Coimbatore, Mettupalayam. Divya who was pursuing B.Com second year was continuing her studies from hostel. She hails from Kothagiri. In this case, today morning she was found dead in the well. This shocked all the students.
Police was informed at once and police who rushed to the spot took the body and they found a letter at the spot. In the letter, she has mentioned that she hates her life and she is committing suicide. Her body was sent for postmortem.
In this case, as she was bleeding from head, mouth and nose, her parents and relatives suspect that it might be a murder. They have asked police to make inquiry on the management and other students. Police however said, they can further proceed after Postmortem results.
