The Bollywood actor Anupam Kher has fired at the students of the Jawaharlal Nehru University about the problem of freedom and nationalism. His remark has come after the arrest of JNU students Umar Khalid and Anirban Bhattachariya last month after the issue as they were supporting a terrorist and was granted bail in the case.

Kher was at the JNU campus as his recent movie Buddha in a traffic was screened in the college. Kher has said the JNU authorities are not screening his recent movie, but the university officials have said Kher hasn’t given any written or verbal communication to screen the movie at JNU.

Kher was speaking at the JNU students and were asking do they have patriotism, freedom and nationalism. He asked many questions to the students about freedom which is derived from hunger. He said destroying a building is easy but building it may take years to construct. He has started to criticize against those who use their families as a tool in their speeches.

He said the students to help their parents who are still poor by doing politics, and he said not to do politics against the nation. Kher appreciated the present government rule by Narendra Modi and said the country has got a good PM after a long time. Meanwhile the supporters of Umar and Anirban and the students have planned to organize a unity march, but Kher said people who are out on bail should not be allowed again into the campus. He ended the speech by saying Bharat Mata Ki Jai.
