According to sources, Sr NTR's second wife Lakshmi Parvathi staged a silent protest (mouna Deeksha) at her husband's memorial, NTR Ghat yesterday. After a brief sit-in, she spoke to media and said that she would go to court if anyone makes a biopic on NTR with distorted facts.
Meanwhile, the YSRC party leader said that she was quite disturbed by the reports of people making a biopic on her husband, dragging the unknown side of his personal life into public using imaginary and concocted stories.
Moreover, she specifically talked about "Lakshmi's Veeragrandham", a biopic announced by Tamilnadu based filmmaker Kethireddy Jagadeeswar Reddy. "I have been fighting for several years demanding justice for how her husband was emotionally murdered. His soul has been her support all these years. Now, all of a
sudden, these people came and announced biopic claiming they love and respect him, its rubbish".
The other day, Jagadeeshwar Reddy has announced that he would direct a biopic on NTR, with the title Lakshmi's Veera Grantham. He said that several crucial episodes in NTR's life, including Lakshmi Parvathi marrying Veeragandham Subbarao, and later leaving him for NTR will also be showcased in the biopic.
