The Seemandhra legislators were playing dirty hoax on the conscience of the people .It is now revealed that although publicly over 100 of the 175 legislators had submitted in Seemandhra region, only 52 resignation letters were valid . Of te 17 MPs resignations only 8 were valid and of the 7 MLCS only 3 were in format .
However, according to records only ten Congress MLAs submitted their one-line, speaker format resignations to AP Assembly Secretary S Raja Sadaram urging to accept resignation with effect from 1 August. However, what was unclear is the fate of almost 50 resignations submitted to either APCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana or Chief Minister N Kirankumar Reddy. “I have over 50 resignation letters from MLAs and MLCs submitted directly to me,” Botsa says.
The resignation fever also bit main opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP. 22 TDP MLAs sent their letters to Speaker. Also six TDP MPs submitted their resignations, in proper format. But we have to see whether they will accet it in personal interviews by Speaker .
