The coronavirus has been confirmed infecting at least 66 students at the STM college of Medical Sciences and Hospital in Dharwad, Karnataka. Both of the college's hostels have been cordoned up as a precaution, officials added. Dharwad Deputy Commissioner Nitish Patil commented on this, saying, "Last week, a program was arranged at the campus to bring students together." About 300 of the college's 400 pupils have been tested for Govt-19 so far after some of them were discovered to have corona.

Corona has been diagnosed in 66 of the 300 students who have been screened so far. The remaining 100 were put to the test. By the evening, their findings are likewise likely to be available. In addition, there are a large number of employees on campus who will be inspected. Those who test positive will be separated from the rest of the group and treated.

If attending events such as weddings and cultural events is inevitable, we urge people to take precautions such as wearing masks, using hand sanitizers, and keeping a safe distance between themselves and others. Additionally, the two students' dorms have been sealed. Isolated pupils are given basic necessities such as food and medicine.
