It appears that K chandrasekhar Rao, the chief minister of telangana and president of the telangana Rashtra Samithi, has abandoned the idea of uniting all regional parties and opponents of the bharatiya janata party in order to establish BJP-Mukth Bharat. The indian National Lok Dal (INLD) organised a large rally of all opposition parties on sunday to celebrate the birth anniversary of former deputy prime minister Devi Lal in Fatehabad, Haryana, and kcr chose to skip it.

Sharad Pawar, the head of the NCP, Nitish Kumar, Sitaram Yechury, and Sukhbir Singh Badal, the president of the Shiromani Akali Dal, were among the prominent opposition figures who gathered for the large event. Tejashwi Yadav, the deputy chief minister of bihar and the head of the RJD, as well as arvind sawant of the Shiv Sena, also showed up at the gathering to demonstrate the unity of the opposition. All of these figures had previously met kcr and offered their assistance in his opposition to the BJP. kcr would have had a lot of exposure at the gathering, which was intended to project a powerful anti-BJP grand alliance of opposition parties, to project himself as a national leader.

In truth, kcr had previously considered going to the event, but he opted against it because he did not want to join the opposition leaders. He aspires to present himself as the BJP's only rival. Even though Nitish claimed he had no interest in running for prime minister, everyone in the room tried to portray him as such. However, he said that a third front is not necessary and that there should only be one front that includes the congress if the bjp is to be defeated in 2024. kcr was uninterested in this meeting precisely for this reason. For obvious reasons, he seeks an anti-BJP and anti-Congress alliance.
