The survey revealed that out of 80 percent of people who have a positive view of prime minister Modi, who has been in power since 2014, 55 percent have expressed a very favorable opinion and they want prime minister Modi to rule for the third time in the 2024 general elections.

The report also revealed that men are more likely than women to believe that india is becoming stronger on the global stage. Seven out of ten indians said that the country's influence has been getting stronger in recent years, while a fifth think india is getting weaker under Modi's leadership, the survey found.
