Nara bhuvaneshwari, the wife of jailed telugu desam party (TDP) president N chandrababu naidu, joined tdp supporters on a hunger strike on monday in Rajamahendravaram, east godavari district, to protest her husband's imprisonment. tdp is holding a hunger strike throughout the state in protest of the former CM's detention. The 'Nijam Gelavali' campaign was also launched by nara bhuvaneshwari, the daughter of previous Andhra chief minister Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, to thank the people of andhra pradesh for their "overwhelming love and support" of chandrababu naidu and for "choosing the side of truth and righteousness."

The criminal Investigation Department (CID) detained Naidu on september 9 in connection with the multi-million dollar skill development fraud investigation. Prior to beginning her day-long hunger strike, nara bhuvaneshwari paid respect to mahatma gandhi on the occasion of gandhi Jayanti. women from all throughout andhra pradesh participated in the strike and showed their support for the tdp by doing so. According to Bhuvaneswari, 105 persons committed suicide "out of sorrow" after seeing the arrest of the former chief minister of andhra pradesh, Naidu.

She declared that she would go to the departed's kin and give them strength and courage. She urged others to speak up and fight for their futures as well. Bhuvaneswari emphasised that chandrababu naidu prioritised serving others over his family, underscoring her husband's commitment to Andhra Pradesh's growth. According to her, chandrababu naidu always considers how to improve the state by luring investments and generating jobs. He is a man who lives for the people.

According to Bhuvaneswari, the previous cm saw the potential of information technology 25 years ago and strove to develop it; he also put a lot of effort into Cyberabad. She added that chandrababu naidu has the aspiration of enlarging amaravati to rival Cyberabad. He hardly slept 3–4 hours a day since he worked nonstop to make it happen, she stated.
