Dubey appeared before the Ethics Committee and presented allegations against Mahua Moitra. During this, he
also demanded cancellation of Mahua Moitra's lok sabha membership. Nishikant Dubey says that at the behest
of businessman Darshan Hiranandani, mahua moitra used to ask questions about businessman gautam adani in
the Lok Sabha. He alleges that Mahua had shared the login password of his lok sabha ID with Hiranandani.
Mahua Moitra is also accused of taking expensive gifts and money from Hiranandani in return for all this.
Nishikant Dubey has also attacked mahua moitra on X regarding national security. He has raised objection as to
why Mahua gave her lok sabha login-password to anyone without the permission of the system. He says that
the IT Act of the government of india says that you cannot share the passwords of your email, portal and
intranet with anyone. Nishikant Dubey shared a hotel bill and also alleged that this bill was paid by Darshan
Hiranandani.
Problems increased due to Darshan Hiranandanis confession
After Darshan Hiranandani's confession, Mahua Moitra's troubles have increased further. Darshan Hiranandani,
CEO of real estate and infrastructure company Hiranandani Group, is the son of Niranjan Hiranandani. Darshan
confessed in his affidavit that mahua moitra had given him her lok sabha login-password, where he used to
post questions targeting gautam Adani. He said that some other people were also helping him in this work.
Referring to Sucheta Dalal, Shardul Shroff, Pallavi Shroff, congress MP shashi tharoor and Pinaki Mishra,
Darshan Hiranandani said that these people were helping him in this work.
