Before the lok sabha elections, the congress faced major setbacks one after the other in Rajasthan. In Kota, along with the councilors, many party officials and workers became disillusioned with the Congress. In the presence of Ladpura mla Kalpana Devi, more than 750 Congressmen, including 2 councilors of the DCM area falling in the Ladpura assembly constituency, the National Secretary of youth congress, have joined BJP. Additionally, an independent councilor who supported congress in the Kunhadi area has also distanced himself from Congress.
After joining bjp during a program in the Govind nagar area on Wednesday, Councilors deepak Banshiwal, Fatah Bahadur, and youth congress National Secretary Vijay Raju targeted the Congress. He said that congress has now become a party without policy and ideas. The party has neither a leader nor a vision. There is no opportunity in congress for those who want to do something for the country.
He also said that the rajasthan congress is divided into two groups. Due to this, people dedicated to the state and the country get discouraged. While praising the bjp, he said that if the bjp has such leadership, it is making the country capable and strong. Under bjp rule, even the poor have opportunities and a chance to bring change in society.
More congress councilors claim to join the BJP
Independent councilor from Kunhadi birbal Lodha has also joined the BJP. On this occasion, senior bjp leader Harikrishna Birla welcomed the councilors and office bearers from Congress. After joining the bjp, birbal Lodha said that despite being on the board of congress, people of congress ideology are not heard. Many councilors are fed up with congress and will soon join the BJP.
