Manoj Jarange gave warning regarding reservation!

The maratha reservation movement in maharashtra is once again in the news. Manoj Jarange, a leader active for the demand of reservation for a long time, has now reached a decisive turn. He has warned the government that if a solution is not found soon, the movement will be intensified across the state. Jarange said this during a meeting with uday Samant.

Important meeting to be held on 23 April

In fact, industry minister of Mahayuti government uday Samant, who arrived on Beed tour on 16 april, suddenly met Manoj Jarange while going to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. This meeting is being considered important. After the meeting, uday Samant said that a meeting will be held with chief minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy chief minister devendra fadnavis on 23 april on Manoj Jarange's demands.

It is worth noting that Manoj Jarange has been fighting for maratha reservation for the last two years. Earlier, during the hunger strike, the government had given him some assurances, but now the time limit of those assurances has expired. In such a situation, Jarange is preparing to take to the streets once again.

What are Manoj Jarange's demands?

The main demands of Manoj Jarange are that all maratha people should be given a universal 'Kunbi' certificate. Along with this, all the three gazettes (government decisions) already announced for the maratha community should be fully implemented. Apart from this, the officers who have not issued Kunbi certificates till now should be suspended and the search process of Kunbi records should be expedited. Jarange has clearly said that if no concrete decision is taken in the meeting of april 23, then a statewide meeting will be called in mumbai and a big movement will be started. In such a situation, this meeting is being considered decisive for both the government and the maratha community.
