bjp mp Nishikant Dubey said in a statement that "Supreme court is responsible for inciting religious war in this country". This has caused a political storm. Senior RJD leader Abdul bari Siddiqui has given a sharp reaction to this on Sunday. He said that the person who takes oath on the Constitution and then disrespects the highest institution like the supreme court, does not have the right to stay in Parliament. He demanded that a case should be registered against Nishikant Dubey and his membership should be terminated.

He has learnt to spread hatred - Siddiqui

Siddique said, "Nishikant Dubey has taken oath on the Constitution, but his conduct seems as if he has learnt to spread hatred. We have learnt 'Saare Jahan Se Achcha Hindustan Hamara', in which people of every religion live equally." Taking a dig at the RSS, Siddiqui said that some people take oath on the indian Constitution, but actually follow the RSS constitution. He said, "If their dream is to change the Constitution by bringing one-sided rule, create a Hindu nation or drive away others, then this dream will never be fulfilled. No matter how much effort they make to break the unity of the country, it is not possible.

'BJP has defended him, not taken action'

Siddique also targeted the bjp and said that the party has defended Nishikant Dubey, but has not taken any concrete action. He said, "Nothing happens by just speaking, the one who is forced by habit, does not improve even by correcting." On the other hand, regarding Nishikant Dubey's comment on SY Qureshi, Siddiqui raised the question that when Qureshi was the Chief election Commissioner, why did Nishikant Dubey not go to court? Let us tell you that SY Qureshi is a former Chief election Commissioner. On one of his comments, Nishikant Dubey replied on his social media account and said that he was playing the role of "Muslim Commissioner, not election Commissioner".

RJD leader Abdul bari Siddiqui further said that "The Constitution has given power to the election Commissioner. If a person comments on the basis of caste or religion, then it is bad conduct. The public will answer this." It is worth noting that Nishikant Dubey is an mp from Godda lok sabha constituency of Jharkhand.
