
bjp leader Akshata Tendulkar in Mumbai's Dadar area is accused of assaulting hawkers in Dadar market along with her supporters. A case has been filed against 8 people including the bjp leader in this case. This assault allegedly took place during a dispute over hiring a Muslim.
The bjp leader had posted a video on his Facebook, in which his supporters are seen beating up hawkers who had come to Dadar illegally. Let us tell you, such videos have been shared by the leader many times in the name of removing encroachment by Bangladeshis. However, when the video went viral and a case was filed against him, he removed this video from his Facebook.
Aadhaar card was demanded after the assault
According to the FIR filed by the police, the person whom people are seen beating is being named Sofian shahid Ali. After the incident of assault, he called his employer and told him that Akshata Tendulkar along with some 8 to 9 of her supporters came and beat him up and asked for his aadhar card.
'If you employ a Muslim, we will deal with you'
Complainant shankar Mishra has told in his complaint that Akshata Tendulkar said, "Don't you understand? You employ a Muslim. Riots happen because of you. If you employ a Muslim, we will deal with you."
Case registered under these sections
In this case, police have registered a case against nine people under sections 189 (2), 191 (2), 115 (2) 352, 351 (2), 37 (1) and 135 of the IPC at shivaji Park police station in Mumbai.
