Keeping this in mind, so that a jam like situation does not arise in future, now a four-lane bridge will also be built next to Shastri Bridge bridge.
How much will it cost to build a four-lane bridge?
The length of the proposed bridge on the ganga is fixed at 2300 meters. The bridge will be constructed in an amount of more than Rs 850 crore. Its proposal is also almost completely ready. The report has also been sent to the government by the district Magistrate. With the construction of the bridge, there will be a significant reduction in traffic jams and people will also save time.
After the proposal is approved, the construction of the bridge will start from october or November. 50 to 60 thousand vehicles pass through Shastri Bridge. Due to which there is more load on the bridge. Keeping all these things in mind, the administration is now preparing to build a four-lane bridge.
