During this, a total of 19 mobiles were seized from different people and they have been sent to the forensic lab. Sources said that after forensic examination of the mobiles, it will be clear what kind of content they have or what their thinking must have been.
In this case, maharashtra ATS has registered 2 FIRs under the relevant sections of the Arms Act. Also told that 2 people were made accused in both these cases, who have been released after giving notice. Sources further said that both will be called for questioning. Apart from this, whenever necessary, there are many more suspects, who will be called for questioning.
Possibility of conspiracy
Let us tell you that many persons active and conspiring in anti-national activities in Padgha, thane, have already been arrested for various crimes under various terrorist modules. According to ATS sources, in that action, a fanatic former SIMI activist named Saqib Abdul Hameed Nachan and his accomplices have incited people to take anti-national action by giving provocative and inciting speeches among the people in the area. Due to which his staunch supporters were seen active.
Also, reliable confidential information was received from this that he was likely to conspire and execute a terrorist conspiracy against the country. Based on this background, thane ATS obtained warrants from the court to search the houses of the suspects in Padgha. Based on the search warrant issued by the court, from midnight of june 1, 2025 to noon of june 2, 2025, the ATS of maharashtra State and thane Rural police Administration conducted a joint search operation.
