There was a queue of devotees in various temples including Siddhpeeth Shri Siddhbali temple, Siddhpeeth Sukhrau Devi temple, Falaharibaba temple, Shri lakshmi Narayan temple, balaji temple, santoshi Mata temple, Geeta Bhawan temple in Kotdwar. At the same time, there was a crowd of people in the Mahabgarh temple of Yamkeshwar.

On Mahashivratri, the grand decoration of Bholenath was done in Shri Sanatan dharma Mandir located in prem Nagar.

Devotees queue up since morning for Jalabhishek of ancient kashi vishwanath temple in Uttarkashi. There was an influx of faith in Omkareshwar temple, Ukhimath.

A large number of devotees reached here to have the darshan of Bholenath. Jagannath Kailumanseer Mahadevalaya was decorated with flowers in Kuthnaur village, adjacent to Yamunotri Highway.

Omkareshwar temple Ukhimath was given a grand look on Mahashivratri. The temple was decorated with many quintal flowers.

On the occasion of Shivratri, the Shivling of Tapkeshwar Mahadev temple was decorated with grandeur. women took out a grand Jal Kalash yatra dressed in traditional clothes.

There was an influx of faith in Kumaon on Mahashivratri. There was a huge crowd of devotees in the Kalichod temple located in Golapar here
